3/4 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup couscous
1/4 cup raisins
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, take off heat and let sit 5 minutes. Top with sliced fruit and/or nuts. Serve with your favorite soy milk.
